Goal nr. 8. Decent Work and Economic Growth

We recognize that our employees are essential to our success. Therefore, we focus on creating a positive work environment and ensuring proper employment conditions:

1. Work Environment and Safety: We prioritize safe working conditions and avoid overexertion and workplace accidents. If incidents occur, we implement guidelines to prevent recurrences.

2. Use of Drones: We use drones where possible to automate tasks and lessen employee strain.

3. Education and Development: We are keen to hire apprentices and trainees, including female apprentices and adult apprentices, and we work purposefully to employ people with disabilities, including those with Asperger's. We are committed to ensuring proper education and a good work environment.

4. Compliance with Legal Requirements: We commit to complying with all relevant legal and regulatory requirements and work according to certifications such as ISO 9001, 14001, and 45001.
